Overview At NoblePets SA, we are committed to your satisfaction. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition received
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required
  • The following are non-returnable: opened pet food, grooming products used on animals, and customised/personalised items

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at noblepetssa@gmail.com
  • Include clear photos of the item and packaging
  • We will arrange a replacement or issue store credit to the full value of the item

Our Resolution Options

  • Where a return is approved, we offer store credit to be used on any future purchase at NoblePets SA
  • Store credit does not expire and can be applied at checkout
  • In exceptional circumstances (e.g. item never arrived), a full refund may be considered at our discretion

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method — we are not liable for lost returns

Store Credit

  • Approved store credit is issued within 7–10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the return
  • Credit will be sent via email as a unique discount code
  • Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash
