Eligibility for Returns
- Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition received
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required
- The following are non-returnable: opened pet food, grooming products used on animals, and customised/personalised items
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at noblepetssa@gmail.com
- Include clear photos of the item and packaging
- We will arrange a replacement or issue store credit to the full value of the item
Our Resolution Options
- Where a return is approved, we offer store credit to be used on any future purchase at NoblePets SA
- Store credit does not expire and can be applied at checkout
- In exceptional circumstances (e.g. item never arrived), a full refund may be considered at our discretion
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method — we are not liable for lost returns
Store Credit
- Approved store credit is issued within 7–10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the return
- Credit will be sent via email as a unique discount code
- Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash
