Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days of payment confirmation
Orders placed over weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day
Domestic Shipping (South Africa)

Standard Shipping — estimated 7–14 business days
Express Shipping — estimated 3–7 business days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size
International Shipping

We ship to selected countries worldwide
Estimated delivery: 14–30 business days depending on destination and customs
International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees applicable in their country
Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched
Tracking updates may take 2–3 business days to reflect after dispatch
Delays

NoblePets SA is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us
Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your order is confirmed lost by the courier, we will arrange a replacement or issue store credit
We are not liable for orders marked as delivered but reported missing — please ensure your delivery address is correct
